چکیده
In current industrial practice, the finite element modeling of metal cutting process is essential. this paper, analysis conventional and high-speed 7075-T6 aluminum alloy carried out. A model was developed using Johnson Cook instant on equation to investigate milling behavior under conditions. The forces in X-direction, Y-direction, Z-direction were predicted analytically for five groups different models with material constants, results compared experimentally determined influence constitutive parameters simulation alloy. showed that are inconsistent higher speed Under conditions, JC4 predicts factor good agreement experimental results, while JC5 but has applicability predicting machining performance. Only data obtained by covering real strain, strain rate temperature range determine constant can accurately predict force all directions.

Aluminum to stainless steel joints are broadly used in industries in order to reduce fuel consumption. While fusion welding is not a suitable method to join these metals. solid state welding, like friction welding (FW), is an effective way to this process. However, risk of intermetallic compounds (IMCs) formation is probable in these welds. In previews investigations formation of FeAl3, Fe2Al5 ...

متن کاملFinite Element Modeling of Stresses Induced by High Speed Machining with round Edge Cutting Tools
High speed machining (HSM) produces parts with substantially higher fatigue strength; increased subsurface micro-hardness and plastic deformation, mostly due to the ploughing of the cutting tool associated with residual stresses, and can have far more superior surface properties than surfaces generated by grinding and polishing. In this paper, a dynamics explicit Arbitrary Lagrangian Eulerian (...
